First time to Holt Dodge in Arlington to have recall work done. First available appointment was 10 days out.

Dealership looked like it was designed for 100 cars but had 1,000 on the lot. Cars double parked and going through the lot was like going through an obstacle course. Dropped the car off the night before. Next day never heard from them.

So called and was told they probably won't get to it today. Needed the car so I went there to get it back. Car was never touched. When we asked for the keys they couldn't find us in the system.

After a bit they located the keys. When we asked why it wasn't worked on we were told there is no guarantee they will work on it that day. In fact the service guy said it could be up to 72 hours as they were two weeks behind on service. We were never told that when we scheduled the appointment.

Bottom line he could give a rat's ***. Not even an apology. We left determined never to come back again. Unfortunately our car got double parked while we were getting the keys.

Yeah took a day off of work for this kind of treatment. In 46 years of driving I never dealt with any dealership this bad.

If you want 5 star BAD service this the place for you. Need to change their name to Dolt Dodge!!!
