Holt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I have a car loan and I have never been over 30 days late which is what the salesperson said to stay at. I have only paid interest on the loan.. after a year I owe as much as I did to start. Is this legal? I don't think so. The car is a lemon, always was but my credit is not good so I was happy to get into the car. It is falling apart and I owe the same as last year. Now my credit will get worse because I have to be able to go to work. I have 2 autistic sons to get around.

They put me in a car with zero down and bad credit.. took my not working Lincoln LS as a trade. I obviously got absolutely nothing for my Lincoln because the car price was 6k then and it is still 6k afterva year because they failed to let me know that I did have a 30 day grace period but if it went over a week though not counted as late, the payment would only pay on loan and nothing on principle. So after a year of payments and my trade, the car still has the same balance. NOT RIGHT! They never disclosed that and I feel if its not illegal, it should be. I will never deal with them again and vow to never let even an enemy spend a dime there if I can help it. Bad business.

Car was traded in Jan 21st, 2016 Trade in was took same day Contract states January 21th Car was sold at a auto auction the next day Time goes by I went to the dealership several times for temp tags for the car April 20th a private investigator informs me my car was never paid off and I should ask for my car back. April 26th Toyota financial says my car has been paid off. The same day the car dealership repossess there car. I never knew about an execution until April 24th when they sent a letter to my home in Indiana. They change the lean holder to there self making it a In house deal that day of the letter. Yet claiming I'm 2 months yet I had nobody to pay the car off to. Not to mentioned I asked for a second contract copy in may and they changed the contract to 3/24/15. Idiots this is why I went to get a lawyer. They violated law 21 days for a trade in payoff! Also let me walk off the lot saying my deal was done but actually never pushed it through. These guys are crooks Lowered my credit score Claiming excitable contract Now it's a repossession on my credit

I hope and pray that Holt and all its *** artists have been bought out. I saw a sign of new ownership today. I truley hope the dealership is being taken over by honest business owners and didn't just change their name to cover up the bad customer service everyone knows they have. I still need to go get the vehicle I purchased at Holt checked for a problem I am having with my vehicle that is still under warranty. I took it to another Jeep dealership to avoid any more lies and deception but I am told I have to take it to the dealership I purchased it from. I experienced a little of everyone elses complaints that i read hear. I went through the better business bureau but my complaints were never resolved. They promised the BBB that they would resolve our problems but all they did was lie.

I could write a book. This place is awful. Salesman we dealt with was OK, as you would expect since they are trying to see you a vehicle. Everything from there was downhill. Their make-ready department is apparently run by blind monkeys, seriously. The sales manager makes promises he never keeps. The sales room floor was full of other unhappy customers and even sales people that are angry about their jobs. They are SLOOOOOW about everything so prepared to be there all day. Body shop is clueless. My advice, put as much as you can on your credit card so you can reverse the charges when they try to *** over. That's what I did and it's the only thing that kept me from getting the shaft. Better yet, just go somewhere else. I'll never be back even if they offered half off. This dealership is awful.

Never seen a shadier dealership

Lied about having a car online. We called to make sure they still had the car and when my husband got there the salesman laughed and said it was advertisings job to get people in the door and their job to sale people a car. My husband asked if it was all a lie and there never was a car for that amount and the salesman said yes. My husband had even printed out the ad and they would not stand by their own ad. I called and talked with the assist to the Regional manager and she said that he would call us back. Nope never did and that is why they have an F rating with the BBB. This place needs to clear them All out and hire new caring staff. BTW we bought a Chrysler 200 from another dealership. They have reached out to us 5 times to make sure we are enjoying our new car. Holt Dealership in Arlington Tx is the worst customer service ive ever seen. First had to wait a week for car to get spoiler added and propery painted, then 1 Apr moring pickup vehicle was dirty, 2nd pickup that afternoon vehicle had 5 scratches on it. There manager Kyle Wood has horrible customer service attitude. Do not go there to buy a vehicle

First time to Holt Dodge in Arlington to have recall work done. First available appointment was 10 days out. Dealership looked like it was designed for 100 cars but had 1,000 on the lot. Cars double parked and going through the lot was like going through an obstacle course. Dropped the car off the night before. Next day never heard from them. So called and was told they probably won't get to it today. Needed the car so I went there to get it back. Car was never touched. When we asked for the keys they couldn't find us in the system. After a bit they located the keys. When we asked why it wasn't worked on we were told there is no guarantee they will work on it that day. In fact the service guy said it could be up to 72 hours as they were two weeks behind on service. We were never told that when we scheduled the appointment. Bottom line he could give a rat's ***. Not even an apology. We left determined never to come back again. Unfortunately our car got double parked while we were getting the keys. Yeah took a day off of work for this kind of treatment. In 46 years of driving I never dealt with any dealership this bad. If you want 5 star BAD service this the place for you. Need to change their name to Dolt Dodge!!!

I am positive any positive review for this circus are faked by employees and their friends. I went just to look at SUVs. I wanted to see both Jeep & Dodge to see what options were available. I also wanted to know what I could get for a trade on my car. DO NOT EVER LET THEM HAVE YOUR KEYS OR YOUR LICENSE!!! I was basically held hostage and not allowed to leave. Supposedly they fired the salesman in the middle of dealing with me and have no clue what he did with my license. They actually said he may have taken them with him. Just what I want, some sorry salesman who got fired because he screwed up so bad with me to have my license and home address not to mention enough info to steal my identity. They still wouldn't give me my car and tried to get me to drive one of theirs home for the weekend. By this time I'm like just give me my license, keys and car. My license are forever lost, so I will get to go to the DPS to waste another 2 hours of my life and pray my identity isn't stolen. They finally brought me my keys, but they didn't know where my car was. Two people left me "to go find it" and never come back. I walked back to the "shark tank" where all the managers sit to find one of the "managers" who is supposed to be looking for my car on his cell phone talking to his wife. Finally he finishes his personal call and I have to tell him at this point I'm extremely pissed off and that I want my car NOW. His solution is we walk outside and hit the panic button on my keys to find my car. Finally I get to my car & go to sit down to find a set of keys to one of the Dodge Durango's laying in my drivers seat. Then I have to look for someone else to give them their dang keys back. Hindsight I should have kept the keys until they gave me my license back. I will be contacting Chrysler Corp directly. This place should be shut down!!

I went to this horrendous place to try to help someone they told us that they were going to put him on a repair credit to get the loan under his name, a lie. The truck is a lemon, they don't even replace the part, just repair... I'm so dissapointed the truck wouldn't even pass inspection for the bad tires they put on it. Nobody does anything but lying and send you to someone else. They should close this joke because they are plain saying, stealing from people!!! I am contacting BBB regarding these people. Do yourself and your family and friends a big favor and stay away from these thieves!!!

I went to purchase a truck, they completed a application for me and i thought we were going to look at a truck...the sales guy took me out and showed me a dart, I told him I want to look at a truck or jeep. He told me they only could get me aproved for dart, mind you my car was paid off!!! I told him thats not what i wanted..he tells me that i know your wanting a truck or jeep, buy this dart and make your payments on time for a 9 month to a year, then come back and see me and ill get you into the vehical you want...well i made my payments on time, went back and he didn't work there anymore. So i talk to a manager, he basically told me i was lied too, and there was nothing he could do. So im stuck in a car that hard for me to drive because im handycap. I was scammed and lie too, and when i ask that the GM give me a call, well lets just say that hasn't happen. Buyer beware!!! They are scam artist with no integrity, if they will scam a handycaped person they will scam anyone!!! Im telling BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought a dodge dart from holt dodge in Arlington...bad idea, they lied to me to get the sale!!!! From the GM down there is no integrity, i have tried to reach the GM for awhile now, and he never returns my calls!! They are scam artist!!!! I was looking for a pickup or jeep but the sales guy told me he could get me in a dart, and if i paid on it for a year...i could come back and see him and he'd get me in what i wanted....lies, scams, when i went back. He did work there no more and the sales manager told me i was lied too!!! Buyer beware...they will lie too you to get the sale!!! If you buy from holt you will regret it, that i promise you!!!

Don't buy! I was ready to buy, these people tried to sell me a truck that had been stolen with damage underneath AS NEW! Do you think I would buy anything there, You should not either! I got up and took the same truck home that I came in with. They said my trade in was obviously well kept, but only offered me $900 for it. I have seen junk vehicles around here for $2-3000. But any way, I need to make up 80 words, the experience I had I won't be back and neither should you!

Not happy with my experience with the Arlington Dealership. I was told I had a bank approval and needed $1,000 down payment to make the deal happen. Needless to say, after I have driven the vehicle and showed my friends and family, I do not have a deal or a bank unless I can come up with $2,000 more. So since I can't come up with $2,000 more, I have to return the vehicle. Also I was told I CAN NOT get my original down payment back of $1,000, because I have had the car for almost 1 month and I have put miles on it. This is so wrong! They do not have a deal, so they shouldn't be able to keep my money. I just want my money back, since I have to return the vehicle. So I can go to another dealership to get a vehicle. I will never do business here again, nor will I refer anyone that I know. Signed a very upset customer. A. Thomas
